SYNOPSIS

Eighteen anxious dancers show up for an audition for an upcoming Broadway musical production for eight dancers.  After the first cut, the director asks for background on the remaining seventeen dancers, the dancers reluctantly reveal their pasts that progress from early childhood to their present situations. As the dancers reveal their pasts they become more than just anonymous dancers as the audience now knows each dancer intimately and view their dancing unobstructed by the star of the show.
